Purchase
The purchase will be perfected at the moment in which, prior to the acceptance of these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the payment of the purchased products is made.
The offers and discounts that are advertised will not be binding until the moment of making the payment as established in these conditions.
Non-emancipated minors under 16 years of age may not purchase products at WOWturbans by themselves, and must always have the authorization of their parents and/or guardians.

You can pay for purchased products through:

Shipment
Once the payment of the order has been confirmed, WOWturbans will send it to you through a courier company to your address in the shortest possible time.
If you want to receive your product urgently, or in response to any other special circumstance, contact us via email at wow@woturbans.com and we will manage your request.
You can confirm the shipping costs of the order at the time of placing it.
WOWturbans commitment is to deliver the product as soon as possible, but if there are delays in delivery, we will not be responsible when these are due to loss, damage, retention or delay in delivery due to causes beyond its control such as fortuitous event, force majeure or acts attributable to the buyer.
Returns and Guarantees
In accordance with current regulations, you can return your order within a maximum period of 14 days from when you receive it at your home.
The return request must be communicated via email to the address wow@wowturbans.com
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition and to the address indicated in these conditions.
WOWturbans will reimburse the customer for the purchase price within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, after verifying that the product has been returned under the established conditions.
WOWturbans will not reimburse in any case the shipping costs paid by the customer and the shipping costs of the requested return will be borne by the customer.
The provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, are applicable to the purchase and sale of products through our website. and Users and the applicable Spanish regulations.
WOWturbans undertakes to deliver the products in accordance with what was purchased and to respond for any lack of conformity, with the consumer having the right to repair the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract. But WOWturbans will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for those articles that have been altered due to incorrect or negligent use by the user.
In no case will the return of products that have been manufactured expressly for the client following their instructions, or those that have been used without following the instructions on the label be made.
